GeoNight2023 is coming! Also in 2023 Polish Geographical Society - the proud member of the Association of Geographical Societies in Europe EUGEO - supports "GeoNight", an initiative conceived to link countries on an international scale with small and medium events with geography in the heart. MapoFaktura 2022 is already finished!

On April 1, 2022, the achievements of MapoFaktura 2022 workshops have been presented as a part of GeoNight initiative. The event was organized by the students of tourism and recreation programme at the University of Lodz, Faculty of Geographical Sciences. On Thursday, 24th of February 2022, in the early morning hours, Russia launched an unprecedented invasion of Ukraine. The Visegrad Atlas has been published

In February 2021, the Wacław Felczak Institute for Polish-Hungarian Cooperation (IWPW) and the Polish Geographical Society (PTG) published the Visegrad Atlas. It is the result of the project carried out by PTG and was financed by IWPW. Its aim is to show the geographical specificity of the countries forming the Visegrad Group: Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia in their natural, socio-cultural and economic diversity.
