Peer Review Guidelines
- Since 2014 (issue 23) we use a double-blind review process: neither authors nor reviewers know each other’s identities.
- Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers from outside the Editorial Board.
- For submissions by foreign authors, at least one reviewer must be affiliated with an institution outside the author’s country.
- In other cases, reviewers must sign a Conflict of Interest Declaration. A conflict of interest includes personal relationships (kinship, legal ties, disputes), professional subordination, or direct scientific collaboration within the two years preceding the review.
- The review must be written and conclude with a clear recommendation to accept or reject the manuscript.
- The review form is publicly available for download:

- Reviewer names for individual issues are kept confidential. Once a year, the journal publishes a list of all reviewers who assessed manuscripts that year (in the issue closing the year).
