{"id":5699,"date":"2023-10-06T14:09:03","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T12:09:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/?page_id=5699"},"modified":"2025-07-22T10:29:11","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T08:29:11","slug":"dla-recenzentow","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/en\/pkkk\/dla-recenzentow\/","title":{"rendered":"Guidelines for Reviewers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"main-content\">\n<h3>Peer Review Guidelines<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Since 2014 (issue 23) we use a <strong>double-blind review process<\/strong>: neither authors nor reviewers know each other\u2019s identities.<\/li>\n<li>Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers from outside the Editorial Board.<\/li>\n<li>For submissions by foreign authors, at least one reviewer must be affiliated with an institution outside the author\u2019s country.<\/li>\n<li>In other cases, reviewers must sign a <em>Conflict of Interest Declaration<\/em>. A conflict of interest includes personal relationships (kinship, legal ties, disputes), professional subordination, or direct scientific collaboration within the two years preceding the review.<\/li>\n<li>The review must be written and conclude with a clear recommendation to accept or reject the manuscript.<\/li>\n<li>The review form is publicly available for download:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Review-form.doc\">Review form<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Reviewer names for individual issues are kept confidential.
