Since March 2021 the headquarters of the Editorial Office of Czasopismo Geograficzne has been the Faculty of Human Geography and Planning of Adam Mickiewicz University in Pozna\u0144. Czasopismo Geograficzne is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary scientific open-access journal, currently published quarterly. It welcomes studies from the following disciplines: socio-economic geography and spatial management, and Earth and environmental sciences.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-39\" src=\"https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/PKKK_Okladka-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Ok\u0142adka czasopisma\" width=\"105\" height=\"145\" \/>The Studies of the Cultural Landscape Commission<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/en\/pkkk\/\">https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/en\/pkkk\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Studies of the Cultural Landscape Commission (Prace Komisji Krajobrazu Kulturowego) are an interdisciplinary journal &#8211; cross-field, due to the multi-aspect subject of research &#8211; cultural landscape. The journal is addressed primarily to geographers, landscape ecologists and landscape architects. The basic distinguishing feature and necessary condition of published papers is the spatial approach to the analyzed phenomena and processes. The authors accept the definition of landscape according to the European Landscape Convention &#8211; as an area perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and\/or human factors.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-39\" src=\"https:\/\/ptgeo.org.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/okladki_PolishCartographicalReview.png\" alt=\"Ok\u0142adka czasopisma\" width=\"105\" height=\"145\" \/>Polish Cartographical Review<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/content.sciendo.com\/view\/journals\/pcr\/pcr-overview.xml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/content.sciendo.com\/view\/journals\/pcr\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Polish Cartographical Review is one of the oldest cartographic journals in the world. It has been distributed since 1969 as the continuation of the periodical that had been published in Lvov for 11 years (during the years 1923 to 1934) under the title The Polish Cartographical Review. The quarterly plays an essential role in connection with the increasing importance of spatial information in the contemporary world as well as due to the expanding of use of maps in many areas of social and economic life. As a result, cartography as a field of knowledge, dealing with the methodology of information transmission via maps, is becoming increasingly important; especially facing the new challenges posed by the technological changes, and in the natural consequence &#8211; cultural ones.<\/p>\n<p>The thematic scope of the articles that are published in The Polish Cartographical Review is very diverse. It reflects the main development directions of the contemporary cartography that is worked up by the cartographers and another specialists from the other fields of science for whom the map is the subject of research or the visual presentation of the results.
